Essentially, everyone got a custom report of their cost savings sent to them. And God, it was such a pain, because we would create hundreds of these things at a time. And I'd have to go in and check every number, every calculation against... This was back in the day, before you had the tech. This was when we had target account list in Excel. If you're still doing target account list on Excel, and sending them to sales, you're doing it wrong. I'm telling you, it's not worth your time and aggravation. Get a platform. It'll save your life.
